Program Overview

Camp Pinebrook is divided into two divisions, KTAN (campers entering pre-k and kindergarten), and GADOL (campers entering 1st through 6th grades).

Each division contains units comprised of different camp groups. Units are supervised by a Unit Head, a senior staff member who oversees those age groups. Each individual group is staffed by a Group Leader, a counselor, and a junior counselor. All groups meet Westchester County Department of Health and American Camp Association required ratios.

Yavneh Sophomores (entering 1st & 2nd grades)

Our camp day begins with Boker Tov, an all-camp meeting at our outdoor Pinebrook Arena, that’s filled with laughter, silliness, and tons of Ruach (spirit)!  Each day continues with a variety of amazing activities, including one period of swim instruction and one period of free swim.  Kosher lunch, snacks, and towel service is included in the camp tuition.

Our camp day runs from 9am to 4pm. Extended hours are available from 8am-9am, and 4pm-6pm. We offer a partial-day (9am-1pm) program for our Ktan Division, that includes lunch, snacks, activities, and free swim.

*Ktan campers MUST be toilet trained before the start of camp.
