The Staff Experience

Working at Camp Pinebrook might be the most rewarding job you’ll ever have.  Imagine having children look to you as their safety net, mentor, guide, teacher, and superhero. That’s exactly what happens when you work at Camp Pinebrook.  You’ll have the opportunity to shape the lives of our campers through play and exploration. Our camp is built on Jewish values; respect, compassion, community, caring, and fairness. Prior to camp, our team of administrators will train staff in how to interact with our campers, using skills that will highlight those values. Throughout the summer our administrative team will always be available to talk to and mentor staff. Camp is a magical place for children, and we believe that it can be just as magical for staff.  It will take commitment, energy, and eight weeks of your time, but it just might be the best summer of your life.

Our staff is a tight-knit group that enjoys social events outside of camp hours. “Staff Rec” is run by volunteer staff members who plan and implement after-camp staff events each week. Events may include:

  • Staff Open Mic Night
  • Softball Games
  • Staff Olympics
  • Paint Night
  • & More!
