The Camp Pinebrook Leader-In-Training program is the perfect choice for young teens looking for a summer experience that balances work and play. It is designed to teach our CITs leadership skills through community building and socialization. Through community service and work with our campers, teens create connections to peers as well as the Camp Pinebrook family. It is our hope that they will return each summer to lend their expertise, creativity, and passion, as we continue to grow our incredible camp.
CIT (Counselor-In-Training) are for teens who will be 15-years old (regardless of grade) by June 29, 2026, and/or be rising 10th graders. This is an 8-week commitment. Highlights include a daily afternoon group choice activity, an evening group trip, and participation in CPB staff events. CITs are compensated with an end of summer stipend.
A pre-camp hiring interview is required for CITs, and they must register as a CIT through Campsite. Click here to register. COST: FREE
